You can modify your email and name when you change your membership information. If you change your email, you will be logged out automatically, so please login again with the changed email.

If you request withdrawal with the information
below through help@un2beauty.com or the chat consultation window on the
website, the support team will check the member information and delete the requested account.

*On withdrawal, all data related to your order history and account will be
automatically destroyed and data will not be returned.

You can reset your password via "Forgot your password?" on the login page.

If you submit a request, we will send you an email to reset your password.

When submitting a request, please make sure that you write your email address you had used to sign up.

You cannot change the options for the product you ordered.

If you want to change it, you must cancel the order and reorder it.

Yes. You can order as a guest.

The order details can be checked by going to [ACCOUNT]-[My Orders].

We cannot split and ship orders separately so you cannot select multiple addresses from one order.

There is no set price limit when placing an order from UN2BEAUTY GLOBAL.

However, we advise you to keep each order below $300 due to customs clearance tax when your order enters the recipient country.

Each country's customs clearance policy is different, so we also advise you to refer to such information beforehand.

We only accept US dollars as payment currency.

- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient. For some countries, we may request the cost to recipients before the product reaches the country of destination.

- Please be aware that any customs clearance related charges and customs duties are the responsibility of the customers, EVEN with the free shipping promotion orders.

- Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they do in fact apply duties and or taxes to your imports. Not knowing your country's regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.

- Please note that the value of free gifts is marked as its original cost, for example as $15 USD, not as free or “0”, on the commercial invoice, therefore, they may be subject to duties or any kinds of customs clearance related charges.

You can only change your address when your order is on ‘unfulfilled’
status.

You can track your order when your order is on ‘fulfilled’ status. You can check the delivery status at [ACCOUNT]-[My Orders] or enter the order number and the email information you wrote when you ordered in the support chat inquiry box.

Delivery on the designated date and time is not possible.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@un2beauty.com To hasten the process, please provide us with your name, order number, product you wish to return, and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The followings are not eligible for returns/exchange
- Any items reported after 14 days from the date of receiving.
- Any items of which the sealing sticker has been removed, regardless of if they were defective on arrival.
- Any items with obvious signs of use or that has been opened.
- Any items not in its original condition, such as damaged or have missing parts, for reasons not due to our error.
- Any items returned without previous notice or in spite of return denial by our CS team will not be accepted.

Regarding return requests due to customer's change of mind, the return shipping fee is borne by customer.

Please contact our CS center for the damaged or wrong item within 7 days from the date when the item is delivered to you. As the procedure to identify a damaged or wrong, the photos as follows are required.

1. The photo of the damaged or wrong item
*A detailed photo which can be identified the extent of the damage

2. The invoice photo of the parcel box

Refunds for any items or orders may differ from the expected due to discounts(or  promotions) received when placing the order, due to delivery charges, and also due to daily currency rates.

Please note that we do not offer price adjustments with refunds or credits for the price differences.
